Mika Agents Org

Mika Agents Org is the workspace a social-media manager uses to plan, review and publish content for the accounts she runs. Work moves through it in one direction: a draft is written, a named human reviews it, and only an item marked approved can be sent to a platform. Nothing is published automatically and nothing is published unreviewed.

What it does

Planning and review. Every item carries its platform, its scheduled time, its media and an explicit approval state. A second reviewer — the client — can approve or return it with notes.
Publishing. Approved items are sent to the connected accounts: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.
Verification. After publishing, the system reads the post back from the platform rather than trusting its own log.
Backup. The database is encrypted and backed up daily.

TikTok integration

The operator connects a TikTok account she owns or manages through TikTok's own authorisation screen, and may disconnect it at any time. Once an item has been approved inside this workspace, its video is uploaded to that account.

The scopes used are user.info.basic to show which account is connected, video.upload to place a video in the account's drafts, and video.publish to post an approved item. The system does not browse, collect or store content belonging to anyone else, and it never posts without a prior human approval recorded against the item.

Mika Agents Backup

Mika Agents Backup is the backup component. It backs up the system's database, encrypts it with a key held only on the system's own server, and uploads the encrypted file to a dedicated folder in the owner's Google Drive.

It holds the drive.file scope only — access limited to files it created itself. It cannot read, change or delete anything else in Drive.

Who operates it

Mika Ben-David operates this workspace for her own accounts and for the accounts of clients who have authorised her. It is not a product with public sign-up: there is no registration form and no additional users. Access to anything that changes data is held behind the owner's passkey.
